Head Hunting and Market Mapping• Responsible for the sourcing of candidates by using a variety of channels such as cold calling, database mining, networking, social media, direct sourcing, and internet recruiting.• Extensive experience in full cycle recruiting: screening, sourcing, interviewing and closing qualified candidates.• Proficient in sourcing using job boards, different job portals such as Monster.com, Naukri.com,LinkedIn, ETC.• Conduct interviews on a daily basis to brief candidates about the job responsibilities, manage salary expectation, and share company benefits and to prepare candidates for the upcoming interviews.• Prepare summary and write up from interviews to understand better in the overall responsibilities and achievements of the candidate.• Negotiate pay & salary rates and to finalize arrangements between candidate and clients.• Offer consulting advice to both clients and candidates on various recruitment matters.• Managing End to End Recruitment Engagement (Client Need, Talent Search, Selection, Shortlist interview with the client, Placement and Post placement follow up)• Providing Recruiting services by developing search specifications, launching numerous sourcing strategies to fill positions.• To build and maintain relationships with existing clients and revive past accounts.• Hands on experience on ATS. • Recording all recruitment activity into a tracking system.• Handling various Online portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster, Apna and References).• Preliminary screening/short listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement of the resumes through Headhunting.• Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle.• Understanding the requirements (Job Description & Specifications).• Locating potential relevant candidate through portals, social media, referrals, internal database.
