About Muskaan Kaur
I am an Honors senior Turner Scholar at the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Biological Sciences on the pre-dental track. As a kid I loved the dentist and would always leave with a beaming smile on my face. I hope to one day be able to give children the same positive experiences and happy smiles. I am on the lookout for dental-related opportunities. Currently I am the Co-President of Doorways for Uganda UC, a non-profit organization that emotionally and financially supports the education of destitute children in northern Uganda through the empowerment of global youth. With my position I hope to help the children gain their right to an education, that I was so grateful to have, so that they may become one step closer to achieving their dreams. Also I am Co-President for SOAR UC, a non-profit organization that advocates and fundraises for acid attack survivors from around the world. It is my goal to continue to spread awareness and fundraise for survivors, so that they can have access to the support and opportunities they deserve.
