Build relationships for success- Led IT Service management and established L1, L2 and L3 application support processes, defined stack SLA’s- Led the movement of the TTBD brand website to AWS cloud platform in short timelines- Managed the EE Home Platform (Fixed line, Fibre, BB) across CRM, NetC Billing, Integration, Data warehouse, product launches- Achieved GDPR requirements & compliance to Ofcom guidelines by building Data archival solutions- Managed L2/L3 application support, ensuring SLA adherence minimising customer impact via proactive incident identification and resolution of incidents avoiding penalties- Build and manage relationships with business partners such as Aria, NetC & other System Integrators for better collaboration & achieving common goals.
