I am an education leader with deep experience in strengthening public school systems, improving classroom practices, and enabling sustainable student outcomes at scale.My work sits at the intersection of program quality, teacher development, and system strengthening. Over the years, I have coached and mentored educators, led large multi-school initiatives, and designed data-driven structures to improve learning outcomes, student readiness, and school functioning—particularly in under-resourced contexts.I bring a strong grounding in curriculum design, instructional coaching, monitoring & evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, along with the ability to translate vision into executable, on-ground systems. I am especially interested in institutionalising best practices so that impact continues beyond individual programs or external support.I am driven by the belief that lasting educational change comes from empowered teachers, accountable school leadership, engaged communities, and student ownership of learning.Always open to thoughtful conversations on education reform, system leadership, and scale with integrity.
