His commitment and expertise quickly led him to the role of Assistant Manager in Melbourne, Florida, in 2018, followed by an interim tenure as General Manager at Lake Nona in 2020. As one of the first Multi-Store Assistant Managers, overseeing both Grand Prairie and South Arlington in Coastal Plains, Greg demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational success.In 2021, he became Retail Manager in Foley, Alabama, where he led the location to #1 in the enterprise and achieved all 10 Green BIO metrics in May 2022. He was later relocated to Pensacola, where he led three locations to high-performance outcomes. 2024 was an exciting year for Greg as he took the St. Petersburg location to new heights achieving the Winners Circle Award. In Q4, Greg accepted the role of Floating Sr. Manager for the Tampa Bay district where he was able to showcase his skills in supporting 7 locations. Now as the Director of the Southwest, Florida District, Greg brings his innovative leadership and dedication to excellence to a larger scale.Greg’s career is built on employee empowerment, operational efficiency, and delivering customer-focused results. A YVM Wave 9 Ambassador, he is a graduate of the LEAD programs and has earned multiple accolades, including Winner Circle, Social Responsibility Award, and HR Making Your Mark Award. In his free time, Greg enjoys volunteering, exploring new culinary experiences, and hiking with his dogs, Jordan and Riley.
