Responsible for Module Strategy – Project planning, Project steering and coordination- Lead the cross functional team which involves R&D, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Cost Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics and Quality to achieve organizational targets and customer satisfaction- Responsible for preparing, creating, and aligning decisions and management presentations- Full responsibility for the Pre-Project planning, steering and coordination in the Global Module Team- Complete ownership of the commodity, driving internal team and suppliers to meet the requirements - Tracking of cost, deadlines, and maturity level of the product based on defined KPIs and Milestones- Evaluation of technical change requests, Global alignment to meet the deadlines for implementation in production- Active management of complex change packages, which require overall alignment with other Module Teams, to ensure successful product implementation within approved timelines and budget- Risk Management and Lessons learnt for the ongoing projects- Creation of Business case for each change request, cost tracking and management for the parts- Lead the bench marking activities, generate and execute ideas for Cost Saving
