Lead cross-functional teams of associates across global delivery centers - As a Healthcare Transformation Director, successfully transformed the IT systems for a mid-size Health Plan (2.6 million lives) in New York, by re-engineering their end-to-end Healthcare payer platform and replacing discrete legacy mainframe systems with a unified platform driven by TriZetto platform across Membership, Claims, Provider, Customer service and Portal functions. Through the 5+ yrs. of Digital Transformation, managed C-level client stakeholders amidst complex vendor ecosystem- Started my Cognizant journey as a Product Development Lead by setting up the offshore Product Development organization for TriZetto Elements (product suite) from scratch.
