Murthy is currently the Executive Vice President and Global Delivery Head for CriticalRiver Inc. In this role he is responsible for the Delivery Excellence, Customer Delight, Revenue Growth and Employee Delight across our Delivery Centers in Brazil, Costa Rica, India, Philippines and the Prior to this Murthy was the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for ImAvatar Technologies, the world\'s pioneering Faith-Tech Company. In that role, Murthy was responsible for architecting, building, and managing an integrated technology platform that uniquely connects the spiritual and religious eco-system in the country. Combining best practices from AI/ML, UX, CX, and eCommerce, multi-channel management, he helped the commercial launch. Prior to ImAvatar, Murthy lead the Go To Market Strategy, Customer Success, and partner enablement functions for Brane Enterprises. NSL Hub is an inventions & innovation-driven Prior to Brane, Murthy headed the Hyderabad Center for GSPANN Technologies. GSPANN is a consulting services organization focused on Digital Technologies, eCommerce,Business Intelligence & Mobile Solutions. Prior to GSPANN, Murthy lead the Delivery Excellence and Sales Strategy for Customer Experience Management ( CxM) for Tech Mahindra and led a team of 1500+ associates Murthy comes with 30+ yrs of rich experience in helping several Fortune 10 and 100 customers envision and implement their enterprise Transformation initiatives. Murthy started his career as a computer scientist in the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) Prior to this Murthy lead the ECM/BPM/Portals and Digital Marketing businesses for Trianz Inc managing P&L of the largest business Unit. Prior to Trianz, Murthy was heading the ECM Practice of Mahindra Satyam and was instrumental in growing to one of the largest in the world. Murthy holds MS in Computer Science and MBA Murthy speaks frequently at several international events like EMC World, Oracle World. Agora, Adobe, AIIM, Vignette Village, OpenText Content World on the Best Practices and latest trends in the technology space and Digital Transformation. Murthy served on the AIIM\'s advisory boards. Murthy also served on the jury for the Mahindra Innovation contest across the IT group companies in the Mahindra group.
