It is me.Started my career in financial sector and gradually climbed the management ladder that enabled me to manage HR, Accounting, Prevention of Frauds and Embezzlement in financial sector, Employee Associations, Customer service and supervising performance of Board of Directors of State level banks, their policies, financial soundness and ascertaining their eligibility to continue in the business.My interest in Computer technology during early 1990 started my self-learning process. The change avert office environment forced me to perform all activities right from consuming the idea to production deployment and support which in turn made me expert in Software Architecture, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Test Life Cycle, Production Support, Technical Documentation, postmortem, product transition, sustainability, disaster recovery, Capacity Planning and above all Do\'s and Don\'ts.Working for Intel is an education in itself. Five years with Manufacturing automation excelled me in execution with efficiency, New Business Group trained me with the agility needed to succeed. My experience in building teams and managing projects gave the cutting edge of identifying right people for right job at the right time.After 30 years of career, I am as disciplined, enthusiastic, motivated, energetic and happy as I was on my first day of employment. I am sure I will be the same on my day of retirement.Currently working on my book \"Engineering Management to success\". I plan discussing tips to successfully managing projects, evaluating managers (not the employees), motivate employees, thinking out of the box in a traditional environment. providing tools to find right person for right job, successful project management, etc.
