I consider myself as an enthusiastic and aspiring project manager currently working as a Site manager on a major healthcare project valued at £67m. Throughout the lifecycle of the project, I have managed packages on site ranging from utilities, roads, internal fit out and major medical equipment installation. I am confident in dealing with the day to running of activities on site ensuring HSE is at the forefront. I work closely with project commercial teams to ensure that commercial and project positions are not compromised. Due to the success of the project and my positive outlook I am concluding the mandatory Government Soft Landings aspect of the project. This involves client facing activities to facilitate the smooth operation of the building as the hospital transitions into operations.
