Key aspects of the role include: • Reporting to the President and Founder of BetterHelp on key initiatives to reach a global audience using Search Engine Optimization. • Building, managing and training a growing team to contribute to SEO and content marketing efforts. • Researching the size and scope of the counseling/therapy & mental health market online. • Creating a tried and tested (more than 15 years old) SEO & content marketing strategy that has grown the organic traffic presence of the website more than 10x Year over Year. • Implementing SEO & content marketing strategies responsible for creating #1 keyword rankings for a growing number of terms Month over Month. • Designing and using a 100% in-house system to implement and succeed with both on-page & off-page Search Engine Optimization initiatives. • Responsible for all organic traffic, revenue and KPI growth. • Working closely with internal marketing non-SEO individuals to better align with company goals and initiatives. • Day to day hands-on approach that involves producing technically focused site audits, keyword research, keyword mapping and content gap analysis, production of meta data and overseeing content development. • Reporting and planning with forecasting and budget management.
