He is a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitrator Panel and also serves as an arbitrator for Franchise Arbitration and Mediation Services, an arbitration and mediation referral service specializing in the resolution of disputes between franchisors and franchisees or otherwise involving franchising issues, using alternative dispute resolution techniques.
