Currently, I am facilitating the transformation of our Global Service systems, by moving from previous systems to Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning, improving our Service processes and practices along the way.

   Leading and managing a set of projects to transition all Customer Service processes and activities to Salesforce. Implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and many other smaller products to set the foundation for enhanced customer experiences, employee experiences, and automation. The projects touch all areas of the Service organization, including Repair Center, remote technical support, field service, dispatch, parts management, call center, service contracts, financial system automations, customer self-service, and knowledge management. I engage in all areas of the project lifecycle, with our large internal teams, implementation partners, project stakeholders, and Sponsors.
