About Murray Bass
Approximately 30 years ago I embarked on a new career as an advisor in the employee benefits space. After running a family ranch which involved a 250 head cow-calf operation, a 1500 head capacity feed yard, and an industrial real estate development company, I decided it was time to make my own tracks in the snow.I have always been someone that likes to think outside the box, analyze data and crunch numbers, and get out of the office and meet people. Perfect fit for the employee benefits world, right? I have seen healthcare take on many shapes over the years, but one thing has remained Pharma, BIG Hospitals, and BIG Insurance have become more powerful and more profitable, and the quality of care has taken a back seat to it all.My objective, as an advisor, is to understand your business’ goal and help you overcome all challenges standing in the way of achieving success so your company will THRIVE.
