John is an innovative leader, strategic thinker, and problem solver with over 30 years of experience and more than a decade in the nonprofit technology arena. John founded Zuri Group in 2007 to provide nonprofit organizations with a trusted technology partner. Zuri Group provides strategic and technical consulting and serves as an integral member of the client’s team. Zuri Group’s success is based on strong relationships with the nonprofits we serve. This allows our clients to focus on their mission and let us solve problems and achieve results through strategic use of technology. Prior to founding Zuri Group John was Vice President of the Professional Services Group at Kintera. As Vice President of Kintera’s Professional Services Group, John Murphy was responsible for managing the implementation and support of Kintera’s enterprise nonprofit clients. Positions prior to Kintera include Xerox Corporation, where he led a global team that launched and maintained multi-currency and language international e-commerce Web sites for the color printer division. ESCO Corporation, where John implemented an early international e-commerce system linking inventory management, vendor fulfillment and Oracle order entry.
