About Murphy Hartmann

After graduating from Western New England University in May of 2022, I accepted a job with Cintas to start later that summer. I joined Cintas\'s management trainee program in Graham, NC as my introduction into the workforce. This program allowed me to receive firsthand experience in every facet of our company, while learning from the best and brightest our company has to offer. Since graduating from the MT program, I have put my skills to the test and continue to learn develop myself in each role leading to several promotions within Cintas. I enjoyed my role in sales for a year and a half. Expanding our locations business and helping companies of all sorts meet their facility\'s needs. I then moved back into the operations side of things where I accepted a role as a production supervisor where I spent about a year. Hiring, managing and developing a team to best suit the needs of the production process and supply our service team with the best product possible. After achieving many of the goals I set out for in production and refining my leadership skills, I accepted a promotion to be a service supervisor. I am currently working on customer retention, account growth, and training/developing our service representatives. I take a great amount of pride in the quality of work I put in and the success of my partners I manage. Each day comes with a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn but I only see it as a chance to better myself as well of grow my business acumen.
