About Murphy Bishop Grisham
I am the General Manager of Domestic East Revenue Management at Delta Air Lines. In this role I am responsible for setting strategic direction for a $20B annual revenue portfolio that represents roughly half of the domestic system. I am energized by identifying cross-functional market opportunities and working across disciplines to deliver optimal performance.I started my career at Delta in 2011 in Charter Operations. I stepped into my first leadership role 9 years ago and have led at the General Manager level in Network Planning, Network Strategy, Inventory and most recently Pricing. Highlights of my career include driving New York City financial performance, securing Delta’s position as the leading carrier in Boston, and developing Delta’s “New Normal” commercial strategy exiting the pandemic, which informed company-wide rebuild expectations.I am three-time nominee to Delta\'s Chairman’s Club, a two-time recipient of the Delta Scholarship Fund, and a graduate of Delta\'s C.E. Woolman leadership program. As a new mother I am passionate about improving the quality of life for working mothers at Delta, creating a support group & advocating for policy change for the women of Domestic Pricing & Revenue Management.I hold a Masters in Business Administration & Bachelors in Management, both from Georgia Tech. Outside of work I enjoy exploring Atlanta parks with my son George (2) & catching a concert with my husband of 10 years Mat.
