I’m Yinja, a product strategist and AI-focused designer specializing in service ecosystems, intelligent workflows, and zero-to-one product development. I currently design at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, shaping AI-enabled financial advisor experiences. Previously, I led large-scale digital service and support experiences at Verizon and across startups, influencing products used by millions of customers. My bread and butter is zero-to-one product development: turning complex, ambiguous problems into scalable, human-centered products that work in the real world.I also teach and mentor at the School of Visual Arts, helping designers think beyond screens and build for AI-native, service-driven systems.
