I joined the team as the first Data person and established the foundation for a data-driven culture, product engagement, and business growth. • Spearheaded the design and development of the data platform using modern tools such as Bigquery, dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Redash, Hex and Census, empowering Growth, Sales, CX and Ops teams to make data-driven decisions. • Guided the data strategy implementation, fostering a data-driven culture across all teams with a focused and impactful product-led objective, crucial for prioritizing business and data projects. • Build 100+ comprehensive dimensional data models and tests, integrating diverse data sources including internal databases, and SaaS platforms, leading to enhanced customer behavior understanding and accurate automations. • Created 7 key dashboards to monitor critical KPI and support efficient data efforts of each business team. • Produced ad-hoc analyses that contributed to a +150% Customer commitment and 97% Customer Retention (QoQ).
