ABOUT MURIEL MCGRATH

Muriel McGrath is a notable leader in Technology and Corporate Governance. She brings 25 years of corporate governance on both public and private boards with recognized board leadership, executive HR, governance, technology and cybersecurity, to accelerate companies’ P&L. Muriel founded and heads a M&A advisory boutique firm to help SMEs value and de-risk their transactions through people, process & technology optimization.
