I am always seeking professional and personal growth, believing both must stay in balance. During my chemical engineering studies, I gained hands-on experience through two internships: one in chemical production involving reactors and autoclaves, and another in production planning and procurement at Johnson & Johnson. These opportunities exposed me to data-driven decision-making in supply chain optimization.After graduation, I joined Spirax Sarco as a trainee, working on utility projects and control system designs. I also contributed to the implementation of a new ERP system, applying data analysis to streamline processes, which led to two promotions. My experience in using data to enhance operational efficiency fueled my interest in data science.Pursuing a postgraduate degree in project management, I expanded my data skills in R&D projects focused on consumer science, integrating data analytics into consumer behavior research, portfolio management, and marketing strategies. I used statistical methods and data visualization to generate insights that drove business decisions.As a Product Development Manager, I collaborated with stakeholders across quality, manufacturing, and marketing, applying Python to analyze product performance and market impact. These data-driven insights helped optimize product launches and improve cross-departmental collaboration.I then moved into an international project management role, where I applied data science methodologies to achieve cost savings, perform COGs analysis, and conduct loss analysis. I implemented machine learning models to predict trends and uncover cost-saving opportunities, and developed Power BI dashboards to track KPIs in real time. I also led sensory analysis initiatives using predictive modeling and statistical analysis to improve product quality.My diverse background enables me to analyze both operational and strategic challenges critically. I leverage data science tools like Python, machine learning, and data visualization to generate actionable insights and optimize processes. I am driven by innovation and always seek to apply data-driven solutions that deliver on time and in full (OTIF).
