Advise staff and management of Federation CJA on HR best practices in matters of recruitment, training, performance evaluation, team and organisational development/restructuring, compensation and employee relations. Act as internal consultant and service provider on all of above mentioned for its system of constituant agencies. Take charge and manage special HR projects, including but not limited to process reviews, special internal communications, employee handbook and HR operational guide, CSST, HRIS, annual salary review, pay equity, benefits, annual staff retreats and training opportunities. Act as second-in-command in absence of HR Director and keep her abreast of development in the department as well as potential arising issues.
