hosco Talent Search is a division of hosco and specialises in mid-senior management recruitment for the Hospitality and Facilities Management Industry Internationally.We are the world\'s leading online recruitment platform for interns, graduates and professionals specifically from the hospitality industry. We provide an amazing platform service to recruit these talents, gifting access to a very unique and extensive candidate range.The Talent Search team is comprised of specialised consultants, each with hospitality and recruitment specific backgrounds. We focus on mid to senior level positions for executive search and mass recruitment projects for entry level. Maximising the talent pool from our own personal and Hosco international networks, we recruit only the best possible individual talents per role. Our price structure is very competitive and we are carefully selective of our mandates and who we offer our personalised services to.We have developed a unique network of relationships with our members and partnerschools/universities and have an excellent command of sourcing and assessing candidates withexperience working internationally.We look forward to working with you!

ABOUT ALEX MURDOCH
Encompassing all things hospitality since 2006, from running a busy city centre restaurant, bar and club to more international experience, managing a fine dining restaurant in Ibiza. A pivot into a hospitality recruitment career in 2013 in Dubai, before moving to London with a leading global recruitment agency. This provided the experience to then set up as self employed in Spain in 2015 to recruit for hotel and restaurant clients in the Middle East and Europe, under the business name MyCru Hospitality Careers. In early 2019 I was approached on LinkedIn by a Barcelona based company called Hosco to become their Talent Search Manager for London & Middle East. The role involved head-hunting senior level hospitality professionals for 5* hotels and luxury restaurants. I also was involved in mass recruitment events for all level hospitality staff for hotels, cruise ships and restaurants. I still work for Hosco on a freelance basis. All of the above has given an extremely solid understanding as to what hospitality employers are looking for in staff, from online hospitality training to hospitality recruitment.
