As a GIC Leader at Capgemini, I guide customers on the right mix and roles to be built at captive, and manage delivery and operations for the Sogeti captive. I also have a keen interest in technology, and leverage my expertise in software development, project management, and cloud to enable customers\' digital transformation journey with cost optimization. I am driven by the mission of delivering excellence, innovation, and value to our clients, and fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and diversity within our teams.In my previous role as a Regional Leader and Senior Director at Capgemini, I was responsible for sales, delivery, operations, and compliance for multiple Fortune 50 clients across various domains, such as FMCG, retail, medical devices, aviation, power, and oil and gas. I ran a global development center from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore for a key client, where we worked on critical application support, cyber security, cloud, niche development, and managed testing. I led a team of over 600 professionals, and ensured high quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of solutions. I also established and maintained strong relationships with the clients, and identified and pursued new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
