Accountable for developing business strategies for design / creative function with in Creative CoE and provide leadership direction to the team for their short-term and long-term business goals.• Interface with key stakeholders to develop and deploy new platforms for Content creations, Board Level Campaigns & Training materials. • Accountable for overall team profit plan and cost arbitrage (cost savings).• Closely work with Marketing Product owners/leaders across Region/Segment teams for their New Campaign launches, NPI, Product launches, Segment requirements.• Define and own the Team’s Catalog of Strength (CoS) core capabilities for the Design function.• Closely work with cross functional teams such as IT, Finance, HR, SCM etc. for their campaign requirements.• Accountable for Creative design function – from Ideation to defining visual key messaging through Design thinking sessions. Concept design to Final design delivery through visual storyboarding for SLC (Senior Leadership council) programs/Campaigns.• As a Business Leader - Responsible for Team’s Balance Score Card (BSC) Reviews, Utilization Reports, Overall staffing, Team Budgeting for EMEA & AMER regions. • Hiring, Training, Mentoring, Talent development and conducting Annual Performance Reviews.
