My responsibilities include - • Manage, Plan, and execute the infrastructure program • Manage Onshore and Offshore Infra delivery teams • Recruit skilled resources into the team • Lead communication with internal & external customers, IT Technical and PMO staff • Track project deadlines, schedule, budgets, and associated forecast • Responsible for 3rd party statements of work, contracts, validation of invoices • Work closely with technical staff to develop solutions to new or changing business objectives
