   I started working at Tata Consultancy Services as a developer. I managed the implementation of passport authentication while leading the deployment of a Market Insider application to process data relating to the sales figures in market areas. I also analyzed the business requirements and set up the Development Environment for Retail Information System (RIS) and its products. Additionally, I worked as a senior developer on the project OnBoarding and administered Application Deployment in the OnBoarding test environment for migrating Shadow Applications to RSIT (Production Environment).Subsequently, I was promoted as Onsite Coordinator and Technical lead where I managed the Qview project. There, I collaborated with the offshore team in solving the problem of traversing multiple applications to sell, service, and support to their customers by developing a Mass Markets Desktop application. After providing quality E2E results, I was promoted as a Project lead where I worked on the IZI Program. I successfully led front end implementation of replacing the legacy policy administration system with the TCS BaNCS product while supervising the offshore team in the transition of existing in-house-built customer care application to address pain areas of performance, time-to-market, poor user experience, and maintenance.Later throughout my tenure as a Delivery Manager, I worked on projects being built on Salesforce.com Platform like CRM Service, Group CRM and CarePlus CRM where I am leading the offshore team in successfully meeting all delivery milestones that meets time, budget and quality.
