Inclusive of Tata ace, Bolero, Tata 407, Eicher (14,17 & 19 feet) and EV 3 wheelers- Ensuring the utility of vehicles by using for multi run- Managing ad-hoc vehicles, on special occasions & high flow of volume- Maintaining the vendor agreements & on time renewals- For the first mile to middle mile, I have a team of one transportation manager & 3 transport executives- Managing Last mile delivery hiring (delivery executive). 2 cluster leads & 25 field recruiters are reporting- Ensuring delivery executive availability in 54 stores across the Bangalore 2 region- Providing 10mins delivery to the customers, monitoring Bin to RTS (ready to ship) & OTR (on time reach) percentage on hourly/daily/weekly basis- Weekly 1200+ hiring to ensure the back filling of attrition across 54 stores-Hiring delivery executives through field recruiters, tele callers & third-party vendors- Vendors are used to provide manpower and EV vehicles to the delivery executives- 12+ new stores launched, in the period of Feb’24 to April’24 with full capacity of delivery executive- Planning delivery executives’ weekly incentive, special occasions incentive, rain surge and monthly incentives- Planning of store wise Joining bonus & referral bonus according to the requirements of delivery executive- Cultivating fresh leads through multiple channels online job portal/marketing activities/what’s app blast and third-party vendors- Planning & driving communication to the delivery executives regarding surge, incentive, bonus, and festive time login importance- Being part of the weekly/monthly review along with Zonal Heads & Regional business head.
