Role: BIW Stamping Die Surface Modelling• MP (Die Design) & NC (Die MFG) modeling activities as per Nissan Production Standard [NPS].• Surface modeling for Draw, Trim, Flange and Restrike operations for BIW panels.• Die face deflection (Tawami) and Press flex implementation in draw surface for m\\c.• Mikomi implementation (Spring Back & Depth Mikomi) in later process m\\c surface.• Implementation of Product (Styling & Sagging) Mikomi in Skin Surface for Roof & Hood outer parts.• Itakuri (Strong Press curve and Relief curve) modelling in Punch and Pad surface.• Trim, Flange and Restrike line finalizing based on Mikomi implementation in m\\c surface.• Trim Punch, Flange Punch, Scrap cutter and Scrap bend surface modelling in goose neck area.• Thickness clearance methods for die manufacturing and profile curve making.
