I was leading the Application Management, Enhancements and Projects for a large Multinational Insurance company based in NY. Delivered AI based Fraud prevention for Healthcare. Led Data lake design and build for an innovative Health Care company HQ in USA I was the onshore lead for team for Core Banking Transformation BR4 for the largest bank in South Africa. Led India delivery team transforming the Bank using SAP CRM and SAP banking application. Led consulting and technical teams through scoping, requirements, RICEFW build and validation. Delivery was on risk reward model which I led to completion within schedule. I have drawn up a data management and architecture strategy MDM solution for a leading aircraft engine manufacturer running SAP. I managed full life cycle Delivery of Identity Management products - for the largest enterprise product company. I led the technical buildout of connector to SAP GRC, LDAP, Token server, ERP applications. I was accountable for consulting revenues, people, competence building and supporting business acquisition. I have delivered 2 Enterprise Performance Management Products in the BI and Performance Management Areas. I have managed medium sized product development teams comprising all roles ranging from software architects, project managers to junior developers. I have headed the Implementation and Support of CPM. I have implemented ERP systems for customers in USA, India and APAC regions. Led the delivery and functional team for design, build and implementation of Enterprise resource planning for Retail clients in the Fashion, Restaurant and Catering business. Drove Point of Sale (POS) integration and support for applications in the Retail supply chain.
