Responsibilities are a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales advice. Provide customer service support which include warranty issues, complaints, feedback and enquiries Come out with Bill of Materials (BOM) for preparing commercial and technical proposal. Co-ordinate engineering activities with project team and monitor project execution. Ensure the Project costing is in-line with financial resource. Monitor project schedule plans, engineering and production activities which include engineering documents, technical manuals, certification, FAT with class (DNV, ABS, Bureau Veritas) and shipyard. Ensure that engineering design and project management are being planned in accordance with the customer’s specifications. Participate in standardisation of product/system design, installation, testing procedure, where applicable. Inform the project engineers in the event of changes on design, drawings and system operation which may arise during the job execution. Preparation of Electrical single line diagram, internal circuit diagram, Mounting/Dimension details and Field termination details & PLC & HMI programming. Planning and scheduling for control and instrumentation systems commissioning with local shipyards (Keppel Shipyard, Jurong Shipyard & PPL Shipyard). Conducting Site Acceptance Test (SAT) with Rig superintendent and Rig owner representatives.
