Currently working with stakeholders and organization leaders to build the roadmap to S/4HANA, identifying both opportunities for improvement and potential barriers to success • Built prioritized Ariba/SAP roadmap to address prior deployment issues and enable new capabilities. • Lead digital transformation for procurement by implementing Ariba and upgraded integration to SAP to reduce errors and most common problems. • Launching Sourcing Module with 3 base RFx templates and Contracts Module with 7 contract types and over 70 clauses. Changes will improve benefits of cost savings, efficiency and risk mitigation. • Delivered Spend Analytics and Cost Intelligence tools to categorize historical spend across 424 Item taxonomy and bring insight for strategic sourcing plans that will drive cost savings. • Designed 3rd Party Risk program and launching Supplier Information and Performance Management Module, including tiering vendors for risk and performance management.
