About Muqdas Malik
I’m a mission-driven professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning higher education, quality assurance, organizational psychology, and biotechnology. With over 15 years of combined industry and academic experience, I’ve worked at the intersection of systems thinking, human behavior, and operational excellence. My early career in regulated environments such as Genentech and EDANA gave me a strong foundation in verification, validation, and quality systems. Over time, I transitioned into roles where I could mentor others—most notably as an Adjunct Professor at Stony Brook University, where I teach innovation and operations management, and as a Board Member at Moxxie Mentoring Foundation, where I help build pathways for the next generation of women leaders. Recently, I earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, where my research explored leadership behavior, workplace motivation, and change management in high-performance cultures. What drives me is helping individuals and organizations align their goals with sustainable strategies—whether that’s in the classroom, on a manufacturing floor, or through boardroom mentorship.
