Support the execution of FEMA-funded projects by managing in-kind tracking, submitting quarterly Project Progress Reports (PPRs), and reconciling disbursements in alignment with SF-425 requirements- Led procurement efforts for federally funded programs by coordinating vendor selection, contract drafting, and compliance tracking in alignment with FEMA and nonprofit procurement policies- Participated in vendor outreach and managed bid solicitation processes, including preparing RFPs, tracking responses, and evaluating proposals to meet technical and budgetary requirements- Organized the annual NHMA Practitioner’s Workshop from planning to post-event reporting, managing all speaker logistics, panel scheduling, and vendor coordination- Created internal dashboards and progress indicators to track grant performance, committee activity, and stakeholder engagement, which informed executive briefings- Developed the 2025–2030 NHMA Strategic Plan in partnership with senior leadership, focusing on institutional capacity-building and member engagement- Maintain weekly membership reports through integration of Donately and Stripe, increasing reporting accuracy and providing financial transparency- Serve as the main point of contact for educational outreach initiatives, including webinar planning, academic partnerships, and the development of the HMA Smart Curriculum- Facilitated bi-weekly project meetings with internal teams, board members, and external consultants to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues- Built and implemented standardized project templates, SOPs, and workflows to streamline onboarding, reporting, and documentation for current and future projects- Managed contractor and partner engagement for strategic initiatives, including Disaster Risk Reduction curriculum development, webinar production, and workshop delivery. Oversaw timelines, scopes, and communication plans for each deliverable.
