Responsibilities:Partnership Development & Management: Lead and manage private sector, government, and CSR partnerships to advance Astron’s mission and project portfolio. Identify and pursue new opportunities across industries and geographies, while strengthening existing relationships for sustained collaboration.Strategic Planning, Engagement & Representation: Lead the strategic planning of CSR initiatives andpartnership roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Astron’s social impact goals. Design engagementstrategies, guide the team in execution, and represent Astron at CSR forums, conferences, and external events to strengthen brand positioning and networks.CSR Business Development & Sustainability: Develop and execute CSR-driven business strategies to expand social impact programs and ensure long-term sustainability. Manage partnership pipelines,forecasts, and program targets to align with organizational growth and community outcomes.Proposal Development & Communication: Oversee the preparation of high-quality partner-facingmaterials such as proposals, decks, concept notes, policy memos, and program briefs. Ensure impactfulcommunication of program design, delivery, and outcomes to stakeholders.Program Strategy & Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program planning,execution, and partner satisfaction. Monitor ESG, CSR, and policy trends to refine strategies, whileintegrating innovations and best practices into program development.Compliance, Budgeting & Internal Assessments: Manage CSR budgeting, internal assessments, andcompliance with CSR regulations and reporting requirements, ensuring transparency, accountability,and alignment with organizational goals.Marketing, Social Media & IT Coordination: Coordinate with the social media team to plan andimplement digital campaigns that highlight Astron’s impact. Guide the IT team on website content andonline presence to strengthen visibility and stakeholder engagement.
