I work on expanding digital access and inclusion across Africa through programs that connect people, services and markets. At the World Bank, I help governments design and implement reforms that strengthen broadband infrastructure, data governance, and digital skills.I lead digital engagements in Liberia and The Gambia under the West Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (WARDIP) and have contributed to operations in Ghana and Ethiopia that advance digital transformation and regional integration.Beyond country programs, I have played a key role in cross-World Bank Group initiatives such as the Digital Economy for Africa (DE4A) and the Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development’s Digital Infrastructure Moonshot for Africa working group. My work bridges infrastructure, policy and institutions—bringing public and private partners together to create inclusive, resilient and connected digital economies.
