About Munish Bindal
As an Assistant Professor at Rajasthan Technical University, I have been working in the Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Department for over nine years. My area of interest and expertise is in water purification technologies for rural areas, especially in regions with high fluoride levels. I have been involved in multiple research projects, workshops, seminars, and industrial interactions to improve the quality and accessibility of clean water for the communities. My passion for water purification stems from my vision to contribute to the tribal development and social welfare of India, inspired by Dr. A P J Kalam. I have also pursued a M Tech (research) degree in water quality of Yamuna river and a M A (sociology) degree in social studies to deepen my knowledge and understanding of the environmental and social issues related to water. I enjoy teaching and mentoring students, as well as learning new green technologies and innovative teaching methods. My specialties include optimising the process of project development, team building, and resource mobilisation.
