Experienced and dedicated Oil & Gas professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience in upstream production operations, plant optimization, and leadership roles in onshore oilfields. Currently working as Acting Installation Manager at Selan Exploration Technology Ltd, where I oversee oil and gas production facilities, coordinate field development, manage RFSU, budgeting, vendor interfacing, and ensure ISO 14001 compliance. Started my journey as a Production Operator at Cairn India Ltd, where I gained practical exposure to pigging operations, TEG regeneration, compressor operations, and brownfield tie-ins. Later promoted to Operations Engineer at Selan, handling onshore wells, permit systems, MOC, preventive maintenance, RCA, well testing and utility system reliability. Skilled in PTW, JSA, SOP development, pigging, equipment troubleshooting, and coordinating well interventions. Strong process understanding supported by experience with PFDs, P & IDs, instrument specifications, and cause-and-effect analysis. Proven leadership in managing teams during startup, shutdowns, and emergency scenarios. Always open to learning and adaptive in cross-functional teams.
