   Provide daily reliability support for, MOSFET, Schottky diodes and Power Module. • Perform product qualification, reliability and durability tests, DC and RF tests, parametric data shift analysis, and failure analysis coordination. • Work with R and D and NPI teams to develop and qualify new products and processes. • Provide reliability test results and work with marketing to write qualification reports. • Support and process reliability requests, schedule and monitor stress tests and communicate resource constrains. • Design and execute reliability test plans based on market segment needs, customer mission profiles, and industry test method references • Develop a lifetime model based on test results for our power module portfolio • Research, design, develop, and implement new reliability test methodologies to support new and expanding power module market segments • Manage and maintain a reliability test queue, working with other members of the product development team to understand priorities and meet deadlines • Research and implement new equipment, processes, and procedures to support departmental objectives relative to quality, cost, time to market, and overall product and system performance
