Responsibilities:• Joined has a fresher recruiter in Microhaze Technologies.• Learned recruitment process more than 5 months.• Learned how to send Voice mail and emails to consultants. • Learned how to Negotiation with candidates on W2 and C2C. • Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and screening, qualifying and negotiating rates.• Worked with clients Verizon, JPMC, Wells Forgo and Amazon.• Worked with direct clients.• Worked with visa’s H4EAD’s, OPT & CPT EADs, GC, US Citizens and TNs• Worked on all IT position.• Daily actives I will get the requirement for my manager, then I will float into my google groups or yahoo groups and I will post in LinkedIn to find resumes.• After finding resumes then I will make calls to candidates to check key skills for requirement.• If candidate is good fit for current position, I will take RATE and RTR conformation from candidate, then I will send to my manager • Follow up with my CSM for interview Calendar.
