Took the initiative to increase our sales efforts and doubled our subscriber base. Grew volunteer base from 1500 to over 1900 volunteers, inspired corporate volunteers to become donors. Created a new revenue stream for ISC. Increased volunteer donations to over 150% in 4 months. Creatively managed over 3900 volunteers in diverse community programs to build digital literacy skills, increase language competencies and inspire effective professional engagement in innovative programs. Moved 24 low income families out of the cycle of poverty by providing skills enhancement training, career coaching and transformational employment. Successfully implemented SAP, created customized User Reference Guides and trained internal employees to streamline business processes. Proactively identified the learning needs of gifted students at the University of Calgary. Sourced enriched curriculum from U.S. Centers of Gifted Education. Created programs to support high ability students. Successfully coordinated 10 courses every summer with an average student enrollment of 12 to 25 learners.
