Directly responsible for leading and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities of elevators and escalators on my assigned shift, maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.•Actively participate in the development and implementation of strategic goals, objectives, and policies. Recommend and execute policies and procedures aimed at achieving operational excellence.•Constantly seek opportunities to improve service delivery methods and procedures. Collaborate with management to identify resource needs, implementing enhancements for more efficient operations.•Develop comprehensive daily, weekly, and long-term work schedules and projects. Provide direction and review the work plan for the maintenance and repair services of elevators and escalators on my assigned shift.•Lead the selection, training, motivation, and evaluation of assigned personnel. Provide necessary staff training, address concerns, and implement corrective actions when required.•Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, including time and materials. Generate a variety of statistical reports to monitor and improve overall operational performance.•Oversee and actively participate in elevator and escalator rehabilitation projects. Collaborate on upgrades and liaise with external partners for equipment repairs and part replacements.•Foster collaboration by coordinating maintenance and repair activities with other shifts, divisions, and external agencies. Ensure a seamless integration of services for enhanced efficiency.•Conduct on-the-job technical and safety training for maintenance employees. Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and share knowledge within the team.
