I’m a ServiceNow Engineer and graduate student with experience spanning public service, platform engineering, and client-facing solution design. Since transitioning into IT within New York City government, my work has centered on translating business needs into scalable, well-governed ServiceNow solutions.At the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development (DYCD), I currently serve as a ServiceNow Engineer, supporting and overseeing the platform across requirements gathering, solution design, catalog and workflow development, data integrations, and stakeholder coordination. My role has evolved from hands-on development into leading initiatives and managing consultants and developers, with an increasing focus on systems analysis and platform architecture.I am currently pursuing a Master of Science at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, studying Information Systems with a concentration in Data Analytics and Cybersecurity.
