I started my first company when I was 15.Back then, I thought the only way to survive in an industry full of older, more experienced peoplewas to play a part. to act like someone I wasn\'t. I chased credibility by hiding my true self, hopingthat\'s what it took to be taken seriously.But the longer I did it, the more I realized the cost. I wasn\'t building my path. I was buildingsomeone else\'s version of success.Over the years, as I launched companies, failed at some, grew others, and learned from thousandsof people with stories of their own, I discovered a pattern: the ones who created the biggest impactweren\'t the ones with the best résumés, the fanciest titles, or the most polished masks. They werethe ones brave enough to lead with authenticity.That realization reshaped my life and it became the foundation of my book, The Kismet Dilemma.Because fate doesn\'t get the final word. Choice does.
