Currently serving as a Programme Office (Associate) at UN Climate Change in Bonn, Germany, within the Markets and Non-Markets and Stakeholder Interactions Subdivision of the Mitigation Division. Supporting secretariat\'s work pertaining to the Article 6.4 mechanism aka Paris Agreement Crediting Mechanism. Previously, I worked as a Senior Technical Advisor and National Climate Change Negotiator at Ethiopia\'s Ministry of Environment, Forestry, and Climate Change for over six years. During this time, I led negotiations for the LDCs group on Global Stocktake and Article 6 matters. Additionally, I served as a university lecturer of International Relations for more than six years. My expertise encompasses climate change diplomacy, carbon markets, Article 6, and stakeholder engagement. I remain committed to making a significant impact in the global fight against climate change.
