Started as a contract employee for Bartech in March and seven months later got promoted to a direct role. Manages implementation and execution of Quality Chain Element for over 200 Engineers within the Power and Signal Distribution System team. Contributions: •Selected to be the DFMEA Lead for the Electrical organization •Reporting regularly to leadership in various forums on key program milestone deliverables •Achieving and maintaining a high connectivity percentage of 95% or greater for baseline FMEAs •Assisting during quality chain audits by evaluating execution of standard work and uncovering areas of improvements. •Helping the Central Quality team rollout quality processes. •Teaching Engineers how to capture systemic lessons when issues occur in order to update baseline documents and prevent re-occurrence. •FMEA tool development including UAT testing, reporting bugs, submitting tool enhancements, capturing user stories and business requirements and showing the engineering user base how to effectively use the tool.
