ABOUT JOSEPH MULLEN

I\'m the founder of The Card Clubhouse, a family-friendly sports card shop and event space opening in Royal Oak, Michigan later this summer.I grew up collecting. I was the kid riding his bike up to the local card shop with allowance money, ripping packs on the bedroom floor, and building the binder I still have today. Thirty years later, I\'m on the floor again with my two young sons, doing the same thing.The Card Clubhouse is the shop I wanted my boys to grow up walking into. Quarter boxes on the floor. Rip parties for birthdays. Community nights for local Little League and youth football teams. A counter where the guy behind it knows your name by your third visit. Singles and hobby boxes for serious collectors, and a clubhouse feel for the kid walking in for the first time.Between now and when the shop opens, I\'m also taking on sales prospecting work for a small number of clients. Flat rate per meeting, no retainer, no commitment.
