I am a Formulation Development professional with over 4 years of experience in US regulated markets, currently working with Gland Pharma. My core expertise lies in injectable and ophthalmic product development, scale-up execution, and regulatory documentation for ANDA submissions.I have hands-on experience in end-to-end product development activities including pre-formulation evaluation, laboratory trials, stability studies as per ICH guidelines, and execution of scale-up and exhibit batches for successful technology transfer to manufacturing. I am actively involved in preparing critical CMC documentation such as stability protocols and reports, product development reports (PDR), BOM, JOS, control correspondence, and supporting post-submission regulatory queries.My technical exposure includes extractables and leachables studies, filter validation, GLP compliance, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product filing and approval in regulated markets. I am comfortable handling development instruments and strongly aligned with data integrity and quality-driven processes.Previously, I worked at Hetero Research Center, where I strengthened my understanding of US market formulation development and regulatory expectations.I am passionate about complex formulation development, technology transfer, and building robust documentation frameworks that support successful regulatory submissions.
