ABOUT BRIAN MULCONREY
I wrote my graduate thesis on customer-oriented unified ontologies in financial services (1985). Now at Sureify Labs, we\'re helping life insurance and annuity carriers create unified models where AI agents can work alongside carrier employees and distributors throughout sales and service journeys. The work has always been about creating shared understanding: how customers, policies, agents, and operations connect and act together. Today, as AI agents gain the ability to reason and act across those relationships, that foundational ontology work has become the critical layer. I write frequently about this convergence. It\'s what I call the \"intelition economy\" where humans and AI think together inside shared models.I\'ve led customer implementation and support teams, bringing a strong background in insurance operations, underwriting, and distribution, and have earned multiple agile certifications (CSP, SPC, CSSBB, PMP, PMI-ACP).I also founded and endowed an annual enterprise innovation writing competition at MIT to foster creative thinking in the next generation. I have a master\'s degree in financial services from the American College and insurance industry designations, including CLU, ChFC, and FLMI.
