Director of International Student Recruitment. July 2024-November 2025Moravian University Bethlehem, PA (Remote) • Created a viable International Student recruiting program and developed a Strategic Planning Guide to expand international recruitment over a 1-year timeframe.• Increased the International student enrollment from 1to 8 in one year given visa restrictions. Was on track to triple that number for Fall 2026.• Guided student application process as the sole contact from obtaining required documents, testing, interviews to all acceptance and denial decisions.• Executed 20 contracts with new foreign agencies and vendors worldwide and maintained renewals.• Connected monthly with foreign agents and vendors to update marketing campaigns as needed, train agents and learn about student interest/applications.Hosted monthly virtual information sessions for inquiries, potential applicants and agents in our SalesForce database.• Successfully recruited International athletes by partnering with the Athletic Department• Worked closely with Marketing to create new media appropriate for International students reviewing language, photos and overall presentation. • Reviewed and updated all letters within the drip campaign for grammar and messaging.• Tracked and responded to trends in the International student market to identify and outreach to specific country partners following NAFSA, ICEF, AIRC, ICACAC among others for updates in recruiting.Outreached and met with International students in private schools and community colleges to introduce Moravian University. • Connected with 6 Sister Cities to begin recruitment in local schools worldwide• Attended fairs, conferences and virtual webinars for continued professional development.
